Falls Prevention” sessions at the Senior Center, 67 North Main Street, South Deerfield, on Fridays from 1:30pm -2:30pm on May 4, 11, 18, 25, June 1, and 8

Council on Aging serves all seniors in our community-we are actually a consortium with South Deerfield and Whately. The senior center or South County Senior Center (formerly Frontier Senior Center) as it is known is open Monday-Friday, serving a noon meal, programs, trips, etc. The South County Senior Center is located on North Main Street in South Deerfield.
South County Senior Center's Wii Bowling team, the Hawaiian Tourists, won the Wii Bowling Tournament held at the Shelburne Senior Center. In the photo are left to right: Dennis Welcome, Theresa Boron, Sophie Sacco, Bev Welcome, Alice Savage, Mary Wheelan. Last year they came in second and practiced frequently so they could win the trophy this year. Dennis and I were there to cheer them on, we're not on the team.
