FRANKLIN, SS:

To either of the Constables of the Town of Sunderland in the County of Franklin, GREETINGS:

 

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in the elections and in town affairs, to meet at SUNDERLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in said SUNDERLAND ON FRIDAY THIS TWENTY-EIGHTH  DAY of APRIL, TWO THOUSAND AND SIX at 7:00 P.M. and act on the following articles:

 

Meeting was called to order at 7:03 by Robert T. Duby, Moderator.

Constable’s Return was read by Wendy Houle, Town Clerk.

 

ARTICLE 1:  Move that the Town vote to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $3,239.86 due to Franklin County Solid Waste Management District; $60.00 to Franklin Regional Council of Governments; $2,345.85 and $2,947.35 to Smith Vocational Agricultural High School; $85.00 to Jennifer Wiest for the sum total of $8,678.06 for FY05 unpaid bills.

*REQUIRES 9/10th VOTE     MGL c.44, §64

ARTICLE 2:  Move that the Town vote to transfer from line item 001-210-5820-005, Article 13 of the October 21, 2002 Special Town Meeting, the sum of $1,447.58, to line item, 001-610-5820-018, Library Roof; voted at the 2001 Annual Town Meeting, Article 18.

ARTICLE 4: Move that the Town vote to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $9,503.92 to line item 001-423-5125-000, Snow/Ice Overtime, $39,206.95 to line item 001-423-5310-000, Snow/Ice Materials, and $3,239.69 to line item 001-429-5410-000, Fuel, for the sum total of $51,950.56.

ARTICLE 5:  Move that the Town vote to transfer from line item 001-210-5820-005, Article 13 of the October 21, 2002 Special Town Meeting,  the sum of $1,800.00 for the overhead costs associated with the construction of a utility building on the grounds of the Sunderland Elementary School by students from the Franklin County Technical School.
