CURBSIDE TRASH SERVICE / BULK & HAZARDOUS WASTE
Curbside Trash and Recycling services are not provided by the town. Residents must privately contract for these services. All vendors who service the town provide weekly trash and recycling pick-up services. The following vendors are servicing Sunderland at this time:
- USA Waste & Recycling - offers curbside recycling and trash services to Sunderland.
- Greenfield Transfer Station - offers Drop-Off Recycling, bulk items, and Solid Waste Options, for a fee. Sunderland residents are eligible to utilize some of their services.
Bulk Trash Disposal is available to Sunderland residents for a nominal fee through the Franklin County Solid Waste Management District. Visit their website for Bulk Collection Events (May and October), Hazardous Waste Collection Events (September) and other disposal services. Note that some upcoming events may be altered due to COVID-19 protocols so follow their website or sign up for the town's email News & Announcement notifications where we post all relevant events for Sunderland residents.
