Finance Committee

Description:

The prime responsibility of the Finance Committee is to make recommendations at town meeting on financial matters, including the annual budget. The Committee has oversight responsibilities for town financial matters, and its role is defined by a combination of Massachusetts state statute.

There are 9 seats on the Finance Committee. Each member serves for a term 3 years. All seats on the Finance Committee are appointed by the Town Moderator. There are currently vacant seats on the committee.
