The Town of Sunderland will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A (“the Zoning Act”), Section 5 on Tuesday April 30, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sunderland Town Hall, 12 School Street, Sunderland, MA and via Zoom at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81984928426?pwd=NFVMR0kyNXk3MzJJdkRrdHd1M010UT09 (Meeting ID: 819 8492 8426, Passcode: 535202). The purpose of this public hearing is to review the application of Expedio Group, LLC, Northside of Plumtree Rd between #70 and #108, Sunderland, MA to create a Flexible Development under the provisions of the applicable sections of the Zoning By-laws of the Town of Sunderland for the purpose of creating 3 building lots and 1 protected open space lot on the premises (Franklin Registry Book 8196, Page 30, Assessors Map 12, Plot 83), in the Town of Sunderland, all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws.
