Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Forms
Under M.G.L. c.60A:2 as amended by Chapter 262, sections 10-11, of the Acts of 2004, abatement applications must be received by the assessors within three years after the excise bill was due, or one year after it was paid, whichever was later. For Excise problems call: 857-368-8180
Excise billing information comes to us directly from the MassRMV based on your town of garaging.This is seperate from your mailing or residential address.To change town of garaging you MUST complete an RMV-3 with the Mass RMV.
Real Estate and Personal Property
Can be filed after final bill is mailed- Due by April 1st
Chapter 61 and APR Forms
Due annually by Oct 1 and should be completed for FY 2021.
All applicants are REQUIRED to also submit the Owner's Rights form listed below:
- Chapter 61 Owner's Rights (Forestry plan is required at renewal)
- Chapter 61A Owner's Rights (Agricultural/Horticultural use)
- Chapter 61B Owner's Rights (Recreation)
